What is CH stand for in BDA site

All,

Need quick info in arkavathy layout in 19th block. In layout plan, there are site # start with CH-# . Any idea what it refer. This CH-# are allocated through out the layout.

I have been approached by agent for one of the CH-# for sale. Can you please what is this about.Any pros / cons in buying
