Alternate sites announcement by BDA in lieu of acquired plot

Hi friends,
BDA has announced the list of alternative site allotted to the people whose sites were acquired by BDA earlier. The list is available in BDA website. The column 'grand total ' mentions 320080. Is this the amount the allotees need to pay? if yes when do allotees need to pay it? will there be installments to pay? is there possibility of Bank loan?
