Clean Anjanapura 11th Block

Hi,
I have a site of dimension 30*40 in Anjanapura 11th block. This block is next to "Classic Pleasant ville ", behind "Patel Property".

This block has sites numbers from 1 to around 200. Initial sites are of dimension 20*30 where around 5 to 6 houses have come up. But the next 3 to 4 roads are 30*40 sites. I see this region of 30*40 sites is very untidy with lots of bushes. If anybody has sites in this area, what are the plans to clean up the area. 2 advantages if the area is clean
1) resale value will be good if the sites are clean 2) You can think of constructing a house if the area is clean.
2) Let me know your thoughts.
