Hi,
Does any one know the current Rate in Anjanapura 11 block, i was quoted 1800 Rs/sqft, by a broker.

no chance...max Rs 1600 psft for very very good plots..thats all

I have alos been quoted as Rs1800, can some one tell me the government rate & also help me in finding a site in Anjanapura.

I was recently looking for BDA site in this area (Anjanapura 11Block). I narrowed down two sites.
One was quoting for Rs1600 psft and the other for 1750 psft. This was the price 6 months back.
I didnt go ahead with buying the site . Recently I heard from my friend that the same site is being quoted
for rs 1900 psft. I am not sure if the prices are really increased that much in 6 month.
