Today called BDA Banashankari office about challan and they said the posts have been sent last week and it should reach us by this week. Let's wait.

You never know you may have to go in person to the office and get the challan if you do not receive by post.

Yesterday I have received Tax challan from BDA.

I too received challan (just single copy) last week with zero tax claim. I checked last year challan and found that they had charged twice the amount and hence they have adjusted extra amount charged last year against current year tax.

Check your challans too for similarities like mine.

Did anybody receive tax challan for FY18?
