Regarding Commercial sites in Anjanapura

Does any one know what is the price per sft for sites on 80ft road Anjanapura 11th or 10th block ?
Also, some one was saying though these sites are on 80ft road, whole layout is for residential and hence can not be used for commercial Ideally. May have to pay extra than regular commercial approvals.
On 50x80, how many floors we can build?
