Hello everyone,
I am stuck with a question for which I didnt get any concrete answer from anyone.
I know that OC is issued for BBMP approved projects.
For BMRDA approved projects also OC is required ? Does BMRDA issue a OC, or any other certificate which approves the construction ?

Yes u need to approach the bmrda office (APA, NPA, APA) etc.for submitting plan for approval of house construction. They will provide the sanctioned plan with comment certificates. After construction occupancy certificate will be provided.
if its regarding a vacant plot, release letter from bmrda is sufficient with a OC from the developer.
