We saw one house in KR-Puram (near KR Puram). This is Bkatha with Ground + 2 floors. Can we purchase this property ? What all we need to look before we decided to purchase existing house in B-khatha ? Shall we first of all purchase or don't purchase ? If you suggest to purchase subject to verification what all do I need to verify? What all documents we shall verify. DO you know any lawyer with nominal fee can do good job on title/document verification?
