My name is Srivathsa, i needed to know where BDA is now planning or distributing sites within the city limits..If outskirts of the city limits where exactly is it done..Also indicate the price of the sq ft..Reply to this at the earliest if you have any idea..

all your querries are very hypothetical and unpredictable at present.
Status quo is, BDA is still working on the arkavathy layout which started in the year 2003. From 2004 when dharam singh was the CM in karnataka, BDA is talking about creating a new layout with 50,000 sites(initally identified near Electronicity-Sarjapur area, later moved to Mysore Road, magadi Road to Ballary Road stretch and the effort is going on, on,,, on..........on.........
To be more realistic of present state, BDA is just auctioning few leftout Corner and commercial sites in the existing layouts, information will be published in all leading newspapers. Keep watching regularly. Reserved Bid Price starts from Rs.5,000/sq.mt onwards. This money is being utilised to pay the salary for the BDA officials.
