Need suggestions - BSK 6th stage 5th block

I am planning to buy a plot in BSK 6th stage 5th block.
what are the current prices in this area?
There is a BBMP dump yard in this block, will this be of any issue in future?
Are there any legal issues?
Please advice me on buying a property in this block.
