BDA 4th Block BBMP property Litigation -- WARNING

Hello,

One of my friend owns a BBMP converted land in BSK 6TH 4th H block behind karishma hills and Golden panorama .. He went there to start construction his house .. few people came around there saying the realtor has to pay money to them and they would not allow to construct the house and this estate is under case / litigation .

Is any one aware of this..? My friend is searching for fellow land / plot owner
