Hi,

I was looking to buy site near Banashankari 6th stage. Came across 6th stage, 4th B block.
Area is spread between Sobha forest view at one end and Sobha hills view/Mantri courtyard at the other end.
Area is bit new to me. Can anyone throw some light and share your feedback/comments based on your knowledge. Really appreciable.
1. Will there be crematorium in this area?
2. Is there any BDA developement plan for this area?. Just to know where and what kind of developments are planned in near future for this place.
3. What is the current rate / sq feet ? Min and Max
4. Some places road is tarred like 4th B block towards nice road. But other places it is bad. Any thoughts?

I do not think there will be crematorium in this area.
I think rate is around 3500-4000 / sq feet for non- BDA sites.
not sure about the road conditions and future development.
Let me know if anyone else has additional information. I am also planning to create group for BSK 6th stage 4th block.

I recently purchased 30x40 BDA site in BSK 6th stage-4th block (registered on 23/11/2016).
It costed me Rs.3520/SFT. Running rate is between Rs.3500 to 4500 (depends upon location).
My site is near Lingadheeranahalli (near BDA employees layout).
There are only few Pvt layouts around this area and the price difference between pvt layout and BDA layout is minimal. So I decided to go with BDA site.
It is very difficult to get direct contacts of site owners. I purchased through my known contacts who is a broker in this area.
