30x40 dimension rate at 6th Block (Near Sompura village)

Can someone share the current running rate at Banashankari 6th Stage, 6th Block near Sompura village, close to the water filter outlet and NICE junction. Specifically for 30x40 (North/East) plots. What about the area development and relaying the tar on those stretches? Any updates?
