Kammanahalli road off Bannerughatta road property.

Hi guys,
I've a plot near Amoda Valmark flats on Kammanahalli road just off Bannerghatta road, Bangalore and I want to construct a home for self living. Is there any growth prospects in and around this area in the near future?

Hi ramki,
I know this place very well,been there regularly.I can say now there is lot happening in this road.You can already see lot of shops like provisional,high end salon ,supermarket started.
Since all the apartments in this road are ready now and other 3 big projects by century, raja housing and other builder are under construction.Amoda valmark is ready for occupancy .
Now BBMP taken up a huge job of laying under ground drainage system.I feel in coming days we can see good developments.Bbmp recently carried out PID survey for issuing PID numbers and you can see meenakshi mall is ready for opening in next 6 months.
