Hi

I am looking for a 30*40 site in HSR Layout Sector 1. Prices quoted by the agents are around 5000 to 6000 per sft which i feel are unrealistic.
Could some one who has an idea about the price in HSR advice on the current price in the layout?

From my discussions with agents i understand Sector 1 commands premium. Could you also share your views on this ? How are the other sectors in HSR ?

Rates in HSR have fallen. Rates are arround 3K-5K..not more than this. Only thing is that you have to bargain hard.
