Info needed on Parijatha meadows plots off old hoskote

They are quoting 1300 psf, and that they have full hoshote bmdra clearance, Does anyone have any info on the background of the developer - Aureate Homes? And whether this rate is reasonable/worth investing near hoskote off old madras road?

This project is from the same developer who has Chaitra Shelters in electronics city. I have purchased a plot in that and now it is 6 months and I have not received a Khata from them.

Has any one purchased plot here, planning visit this layout next week, called them up and quoted 1250/sqft and negotiable, since they have BMRDA approval getting katha in individual name may not be an issue, any inputs please.

Hi all, I am also have plan to purchase 30x40 site from Parijatha Meadows. They mentioned BMRDA Approval No: (LAO/01/2010-11). I tried to find this approval no in BMRDA website, but I couldn't find it. I have visited this layout last week. They have builded only water in their layout and electric, drinage, water line are not yet completed. Location of the layout is nice and many housed are already builded arround layout. Anyone already purchased site from this layout please share your experience with us. Are they genunie ? Is their approval is real one? Please help us to know more about this layout.

There is a layout next to parijatha which is BMRDA approved you can try there.
