I feel 1300 is on higher side for this layout... It is still work in progress and BMRDA is yet to release its 40% quota...

I booked early this year @1200.But advantage of this layout is you can construct the house immediately. They got 60% release end July.Work is in progress there.

When I search on the internet for plots on this layout, Sathya Sai Royal Gardes, there isn't a single propoerty showing up. Also, Parijatha Meadows seems to be different and not this. Whatz happening here?
