I came across an apartment project in electronic city and the builder claims that he has BMRDA NOC and he should be getting the BMRDA approval before the final completion. I visited the site and the construction has began, I need expert opinion on the list of document need to be verified also can BMRDA provide approval for apartment or only BDA should provide approval. I also noticed nearby there are few apartments which are BDA approved when I checked with builder about this the builder claims that BDA ask for more than 60% open space so they are going with BMRDA approval. Please advise whether this is correct.
