Just eager to know whether any developmental activity is happening in and around Nisarga/Nandanavana.

Are these accesable to newly built hour road flyover?

what about ongoing rates over there?

I am not sure if anyone else heard about this regarding Nisarga, but posting it here. Nirman shelters has sent out notice to vacant site owners in Nisarga layout for removal of weeds. They are asking for a charge of Rs.3/sq.ft for the first year on a CONCESSIONAL basis. The quoted rate do seem out of place for what it is involved...

Has anyone else heard about this? Is this true for Nandanavana lay out too?
