Recently I saw few ads(pasted below) related to Rashi Residency(Gated community Layout) sites of dimentions 30X 40 and 30X50. People are quoting in the range of Rs.1,600 to Rs.2000 and all these sites are facing non-east direction. Can anyone share what is the good things about this layout and the realistic price for this layout.

this gated community looks like it has got all amentites atleast if you check it out from road side..
most of the plots are empty since most of them have got it for investment purpose.
since it looks like the end of RE boom, plot owners are in hurry to dispose off the plots.
