Kaggalipura plots- Is it worth investing??

Hi All,
I have been looking for plots in and around Kaggalipura - 2 marketing points that they say are: Metro till AOL and PRR.

I hear from plot/ flat developers telling that Metro will come up to Art of Living Ashram.
But the map in below link (You can find the Pahse 2 map at the end of the linked document) shows that it stops at NICE junction on Kanakapura road

I also read the logic that since NICE is already exisiting between Hosur Rd - Kanakapura rd - Mysore rd , PRR between these 3 roads have been defered to Phase-2. Chances are it could be shelved( my thoughts)

Kindly suggest Is it worth investing around 1600/ sq ft in areas such as Kaggalipura which is about 10Km from NICE junction?

Even I have heard many developers misquoting same way. Forget phase 2. Even phase 3 also does not have any such plan it seems. See the link http://prajavaniepaper.com/pdf/2013/06/ ... 001100.pdf. (In kannada)
