Hello All,

I recently checked out the upkar solitaire layout at Attibele.
Location looks okay, and the developer is quoting Rs.1800/- PSqft. Maybe slightly negot.
I am looking for future construction and stay not just for investment.

Would like to know any opinions on this layout and also the price quoted.

I bought site in solitaire for 1725/- in May'14.

Now, my duplex house construction completed almost 75%. After I started my house construction, I see 7 more ppls started building their houses. now there are total 11 houses building. I can say its quite fast developing layout since its close to Attibele.
