I am planning to buy a plot in this township.
The builder is TPS Developers India PVT. LTD., Amruthnagar, Amruthahalli, Bangaloer-560 092.
Can some one suggest?? is it good to invest on this?

Hi ,
Does anyone know if below BSNL housing society is Genuine.

I ask this because
1. Registration is only with last payment.
2. No option to choose Plot.
3. with Downpayment , only Receipt of payment will be done and one may wait to for 1 year to get registration done.

it is genuine - just that since its an association they will take a lot of time.but i think you can go ahead- i knw many ppl who have booked sites .they 2 phases now.phase 1 is already sold out and registrations are also done.i supose they are quoting 700 PSFT and thy jus have 50 sites available now.
