Hi All,

Please let me know the procedure and legal fees to apply for the khatha transfer for biappa approved plots .

i enquired with one agent and he was quoting 8k.I directly enquired in the gram panchayat, they are quoting 5000Rs for the khatha transfer.

I think the legal fees is very much nominal. How to apply directly without any agents?

Khata transfer has been included in the www.sakala.kar.nic.in

No need to provide any bribe if you have all the documents.

1) Copy of the sale deed
2) Latest EC
3) Property tax receipt for the last 3 years
4) DD for some amount

Who is responsible for issuing Khata to BIAAPA approved sites?
Just like how BDA issues Khata for BDA approved layouts, Does BIAAPA not do it?
