can someone tell me how to apply for a site in any of these layouts? would like to know the process since i could not find any website or contact details... i am looking for one site in one of these layouts.

Hi All,
Any latest updates on Paramananda sagar site allotments? When we call Blore telecom society office they said till date 258 sites are alloted and remaining yet to get approval, expected in 2-3 months. Any thoughts on what is happening here?

Hi,
Does anyone know the status of site allotment letter for Nityananda saagara layout for the dimension 30x40 sqft? Please re-group to get updated on the status of allotment, since these guys are giving the same excuse every time we ask them, that it will happen in 2 months time. Let us re-group to fight these guys, as it is our hard earned money.

From a real estate point of view, Mysore is a slow city. There is only Organic growth fueled by growth in the local population. When the real estate is booming in Bengaluru, Bengalurians will make a bee line to the city for investment. When the RE growth slows down, Real estate activity slows down drastically. Every one from Bengaluru, I meet has a site in Mysore, for taking care of their needs post retirement. However, I have not come across anyone actually going through their plan. These sagaras are far away from city, hence one needs to have lot of patience,to see good returns.
