Mysore MUDA - Vijayanagar 3rd & 4th Phase Vs Rajiv Nagar

Can anyone please let me know if buying a MUDA site in Vijayanagar 3rd - 4th stage or in Rajiv Nagar near to ring road is preferable? Let me know the advantages as well as the disadvantages...Is any bus stand coming up in Shatgalli near Rajiv Nagar?? Thanks.
