Can anyone give me the current market price / square ft of land in Bhavani Nagar Railway Layout.

average Rs. 3,500/sq.ft

Thank You. Is this the best price to buy or wait for some correction ? How good is it for Investment purpose.

Anytime is good time for personal use. If its for investment, decide about your time line for expected returns,
calculate your anticipated risks and then invest. Real estate field is not always linear. At some stage, it corrects
by certain percentage or stagnate for certain period based on the market conditions at that period before moving
to new highs again.
Ex. Those who invested during the peak of 2007-08, their returns were negative till last 2010-11. Many desperate owners
sold at loss also due to commitments. Only from last one year, they are seeing very good returns.
