How to get layout plan for Jnanabharathi layout 1st block, this layout was formed long ago and transferred to bbmp already. How to get master layout plan of entire Jnanabharathi layout 1st block which covers all the existing sites with site dimensions?

I had visited bda head office near race course, Bangalore. Got the certified layout plan for 500Rs.
Bda head office is opened to public only during 3pm-5pm due to covid strict rule. Reach at bda office and Got to 3rd floor.
Procedure is give an request application for certified copy to clerk and this approved by the division office. On approval they give the channel to pay 500Rs. There is a Canara Bank at ground floor and pay the amount and get the paid receipt and handover to the clerk. Then you will be sent to get can get the Photo copy of the layout plan. But this has to be certified by the concerned Engineer and his head once that is done you get the certified layout plan. Only thing is since it's govt office work won't happen immediately you should atleast go 2-4 times to get it done.
