Beware of ORANGE PROPERTIES!

The police have decided to attach the properties of five companies that cheated people by promising sites to them. Those aggrieved by
these companies have been asked lodge a complaint before July 31. The five companies are Tulasiyana, Infosite, Orange Property, Country Club and Frontier.

Reasons:

Poor workmanship (leaking pipeline, broken tiles, pathetic wiring...)

Carpet area only 70% of super built

Delayed completion (average 2 yrs delay for small projects 50-100 apartments)

Very rude behavior with customers once payments are made

Lifts/gym/common facilities do not get constructed even 1 year after project completion

No completion/possession certificate given usually

Nexus with Banks to get 95% payment at 10% project completion

Yasahaswini Builders [Mahesh Gurajapalli] - Two years still project not completed; On top of it gives a flat in the project to his 'guruji' for commercial activities. DONT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS CHEAT!
