Register an existing Borewell

I hear that we need to register our borewell (even though it is not a new bore). Can someone please let me know what the procedure is, what documents are required, what is the registration fee etc.

Today is the last day for registration as per BWSSB.

1.download this form
2.submit the relevant fields
3.Pay the amount in CanaraBank with the challan
4.Submit the form to BWSSB office along with ack/challan from bank.

Thanks Niarhab and jackalbda. I did find the forms. I am late I guess, I was not aware until today. I hope that is not going to be a big problem.

I dont think many have registered. I read somewhere in the news, that so far only under 200 applications were received for existing borewells !! Even I have not registered , as my neighbors suggested me not to jump the gun , but wait.

I have register my borewell on tuesday at BWSSB office of my area, Its very simple.

1. download the form from BWSSB site.
2. Go to canara bank and pay 50 Rs to the account number mentioned in the form.
3. Along with the filled form attache the paid challan, Xerox copy of you katha, Electric bill and Water bill of your house.

thanks all. I appreciate the information. I got the form and was all set to go and get it done, but talked to folks in the layout and they mentioned that they have not done it yet and plan on doing it as a group. So I will wait for that.
