What document we need to get signed if Property have minors?

I have property where sale deed has two minors and there name is listed in sale deed with father signed on it, no minor signed . Is it sufficient enough so that minor won't come years latter with any rights. ?? Do we need any other documents from minor signed apart from father signature in sale deed

Earlier, based on what I read in net, the assumption was as long as seller shows that sale is for benefit of minors then it is considered safe.
But off late, the issues are complicated as you can read from the article above.
