Hi,
Can anyone please share the format for the construction estimate for bank loan. If you have taken a loan and can provide a snapshot of the estimate, it will be very helpful.

Not sure if anyone would be willing to share snapshot of their individual construction estimate as it would be a confidential document given to bank.
However to answer your question. You need to contact a consulting civil engineer or contractor & tell him the amount of loan you are looking for.

Based on your loan requirement, he will suitably prepare a estimate to be given to the bank with the covering letter under his letter head or rubber stamp.

This should suffice for your purpose.
