Need your help I have purchased a site where the sale deed dimension is larger by 10 feet compared to layout approval plan, is there any issue if is start construction? Bda says there was supposed to be a pathway behind site which is removed and concert in to site, can I contend in court based on sale deed ? We have all alottment and release letters which states same dimension but doesn't match layout plan. Do I land in any legal issues due to this ? Can I buy that 10 feet from bda if at all construction is stopped midway . behind my site ibhave park.
