Completion Certificate Application process for Independent house

Hello
What is the procedure to apply for the Completion Certificate for an independent house coming under BDA
Any idea about the document pre-requisites before applying for the same.

is there one? I doubt.. I submitted the electricity bill and a letter from the registered architect as completion certificate, it was accepted..

Hello,
Need to know if Commencement, Completion & Occupation Certificates are necessary for an individual duplex house[in a BDA approved layout] with just one family residing.

Per my knowledge, Houses built below 60X40 dimension sites, doesn't need Completion & Occupancy Certificates as per BBMP Rule and you can avail the BESCOM & BWSSB Connections.

So "Commencement Certificate" is needed for all dimension sites.
Can you let us know the process to apply/procure it & fee structure involved.
