Civil construction charges/Sand charges/jelly charges

Hi

Yesterday i got a quote of 200 Rs for civil labor contract . This does not include stair case/excavation/RCC works (barbending, gangemen etc). Anything projected outside the main walls are half rate means 100 Rs per Sqft (balconies exteriors). How reasonable is this?

Regarding sand i got quote of 14K and 16K for two varieties Malbal sand . How about the rates of these sand quality. Can i use for moulding /plastering/floroing
etc?

20mm jelly he is quoting 23 Rs per cub ft. Is it reasonable?
