Dear Mr.Chandran,

Even I am planning to construct house in 7th Block SMV layout. I am very much impressed by your quotation. I have one doubt, please clarify he mentioned in different pages 1300/sft, 1350/sft like this, is it amount per sq ft or something different,

It is amount. It varies from Rs.1300/Sqft to Rs.1800/sqft

What option did you choose out of the options and how big is the plot and total estimated cost of construction (end to end)

It's really a very good useful data, for those who are in the process of identifying and finalizing the contractor. can you please inform, sq ft will be taken as wall to wall or mould end to end?

Hi Amit,

I have very clear on my requirement after detailed study of quotes given by my Engineer & got offer for the following specification
Cement : Birla Super
Steel - TATA
Granite for all Floors - Rs.120/basic Cost
Tiles - Digital Tiles
Red Sal window , Door Frame & Honne window Shutters
Teak frame & Door for Main Door & pooja
10000 Lts Sump
Main Gate of Appx 15Ft x 7ft Height

I have given Rs.1600/sq ft material contract including plan preparation, Structural design etc

My plot dimensions is 30 x 40 & i am constructing G+2Floors & i have completed Plint level. Total end to end cost is Approx 45-48L.

My requirement is very similar and I am glad I have your reference :-)
My site is ~1100sq ft. and I plan to construct a 2BHK + 1 Car park on ground floor and a 2 BHK + Study duplex house on 1st and 2nd floor.

what is the total builtup area, and if u can post detailed estimate for the rate u have choosen it will be useful for the forum members.
