Hi Rituraj,

Currently there is a high court stay on diverting the sand to hosour side and hence the issue and Unfortunately all Good sand is diverted to Kerala. The harihara sand ( Which is nothing but Mangalore sand)
is not good for usage, sand don't stick to each other.

So, better stick to Robo sand .

As per my understanding, M-sand (Robo sand) can be used for all construction activities, except plastering.

For plastering, they have a different grade of M-sand, which is bit costly. However, we don't have much information in the forum regarding plastering sand sold by Bharati, Robo etc.

Members are requested to kindly share any practical experience if they have regarding plastering sand.

Further, if sand crisis continues, how to take care of plastering? Any cost effective alternatives?

Regards
