Help on Name Plate

Hi Friends,
As I am just at the end of my home construction, I would like your advice on the Name plate.
I would like to fit the name plate, made of wood or the one with the glass.
Request you all to pour in your thoughts and suggestions from where we can get these?

Your carpenter can get this done if its of wood. For Glass, there are many glass work vendors (I have seen some in JP Nagar, Shivajinagar, Avenue road etc) who can get it done as per your design.

if the name plate will be exposed to sun and rain them avoid wood, you can go for glass or think transparent plastic (I don't know the technical name) and plan it such a way that you can fix a light source at the back or on the topic of the name plate. Fonts should be engraved so that it refract (shine) the light
