How is the quality of UniCon Concrete blocks compared to APCO. Which is the best.

Is this UniCon or Dicon. My builder recommended Dicon but no idea about the quality.
APCO seems to be established brand and that is the reason its selling at premium price than other brand. Quality wise every brand showcases the building which was built by their brand. So it's price vs quality vs reliability...
