Suugestion required on house plan

I have one 40X30 south facing site. I wanted to construct two story house on this.
I am not looking for a duplex house. My floor plan is shared in the link given below.

do not ever build a house for rental purpose.
It is in no way good for your investment and also it is a pain looking after different type of tenants.
if it is for your own with brothers or friends sharing the buildign then it is absolutely fine.

You cannot find a topic on rental vs fixed deposit, you need to keep digging i the construction sub forum with search words "rental" "fixed deposit".
You will find that many members would have spoke about these topics under different headings.
