Dear All,

I had purchased a house 10 years back which is BDA site with build ground floor, but the plan was approved for both ground and first floor. while the previous owner has built exactly 100% as per the plan, but he didn't construct the first floor.

however since the quality of ground floor is not good, I am just adding the columns on the ground floor while retaining the whole ground floor portion as it is. and planning to build the first floor, so do I have to apply for fresh approval of building plan ? and can I get the clearance from KED and BWSSB or other parties and can I go ahead with construction, please advice.

Dear Npawar
I have old house in HSR BDA site. This house is 25 years old but very strongly built house. I want to add 1 or 2 floors on it. How shall I proceed? What was your experience and what do you do suggest. Do you suggest to go for complete new construction or use columns for next 1 or 2 floors on existing old building.

Please suggest me.

Thanks
