My Contractor quoted the following, can any one help me in confirming this rates:
Providing and Fixing:
Vertified Floor Tiles Rs. 165/SFT (Basic Rate for Tile is Rs.70)
Vertified Tile Skerting Rs. 75/RFT (Basic Rate for Tile is Rs.70)
Granite Tile Flooring Rs. 270/SFT (Basic Rate for Tile is Rs.165)
Granite Tile SkirtingRs. 180/RFT (Basic Rate for Tile is Rs.165)

Hi Bala,
The vitrified floor charges look bit high it would be around 65-80/- I would suggest to negotiate further. Skirting rate is usually running feet calculation which is in between 35-50/-. The granite laying charges looks good. You would get good granite starting from 90/- in Jigani area if you choose one.
