Thanks Kiran for pointing out staircase. I am aware of this.
Unfortunately ground->first floor staircase could not be accommodated as per vaastu.
In fact, Ground and First floor working areas (kitchen, Bedroom, Hall, Bathroom) are Vaastu complaint and i liked this overall placement and flow layout.
Figure below shows how working and moving areas are separated in a non-interrupting manner.
To be honest, i am not a great fan of Vaastu. So, i have no other option but to go ahead with this one violation.

Few more factors taken into consideration are:
1. Light factor - Kitchen, Hall, Dining are at front in first floor to get maximum sun-light; whereas master bedroom is at front in 2nd floor
2. External Staircase - There is no external stair-case from I to II floor as i don't have plans to build further on top. If required in future, existing stairs may be continued using balcony space on II floor.
3. Kitchen utility - After some discussion, decided to keep Kitchen utility at the back side where common toilet, bathroom, WashMachine are marked. This utility is mainly meant for bulk washing (may be done by servant) and perhaps once in a day.. this way, it will be spacious also. So, i think may be OK to be little away from kitchen?
Kitchen will have double-sync – big enough for regular quick wash.

I am yet to decide on following:
1. shall we have one common toilet in second floor or make both of them attached to bed-rooms.
2. is it better to have a small wash room (syn+wc only. no bath) attached to I floor bedroom ?
