You have 3 options based on your requirement.
1) Change the attached bathroom to other side
2) Bring that store back side of puja and move the toilet in store area.
3) Remove that attached bath or toilet.

Hi ,Keerthi
I am not really commenting on vastu points , but certain planning efficiency .
1.After having such a nice plot ,i feel lot spaces are wasted in common areas like in first floor too much of corridor space .
2.Accumulating all the excess common spaces can be converted in to nice courtyard garden or open to sky porch
3.Front terrace space can be little more interesting
4.Not sure what the helical stairs is for ?
5.How to we access utility area , we need a door from kitchen but i see kitchen platform is closing end to end of the south wall
6.A double ht of some vertical connection is suggested between two floor for ease of communication between the floor .
7.Sky lights are the most happening elements that can bring in lots of sunlight in to indoors
8.Since you made the whole front portion of the house as parking it might kill the beauty of the home ,rather i would suggest to add some open to sky garden / open parking space .

Puja vastu can be compensated by giving false gap between toilet and puja wall .It will solve all the negative impacts.

All the best for your construction

Try to re-locate the Pooja room some where to North-East portion of your plan.

Since the site dimension is very big, i feel that design can more effective and creativity can be achieved.

Space Management:

- If flexible Foyer and Bed room can be combined to make a very impressive hall. According to vastu, guests are supposted to be
on north-west.

- An indoor Garden can also be made in your foyer.

- East Hall can hold Pooja room. No pooja room should be attached to bathroom. Please avoid it. You are suppose to face east and deity needs to face west

Vastu
- Have a Lawn Garden on North East, no heavy objects on North east. Have a mini waterfall with Japanese Koi pond.
- Have utility and No toilet on South-east.
- No spiral stair case should be present, however not possible ensure all the staircase to be in clockwise.

Since your offsets are very small, have skylights planned.

Thanks for the feedback and some good creativity ideas venkyn.

It would be great if you can suggest more.

Space Management:

- If flexible Foyer and Bed room can be combined to make a very impressive hall. According to vastu, guests are supposted to be

[KK] In this case does bed room will be removed ?

- An indoor Garden can also be made in your foyer.

[KK] Sure i can implement the indoor garden in the foyer.

- East Hall can hold Pooja room. No pooja room should be attached to bathroom. Please avoid it. You are suppose to face east and deity needs to face west.

[KK] Can you tell the feasibility in the house plan. where i can put the pooja room.

Vastu
- Have a Lawn Garden on North East, no heavy objects on North east. Have a mini waterfall with Japanese Koi pond.

[KK] It's nice idea.

- Have utility and No toilet on South-east.

[KK] I need a toilets for servants in outside area. Any idea where it can provided.

- No spiral stair case should be present, however not possible ensure all the staircase to be in clockwise.

[KK] Can i use helical stair case.

Since your offsets are very small, have skylights planned.

[KK] yes i can plan for that.

Any more creativity ideas suggestion would be welcomed.
