Permanent Bescom connection for my villa

As my villa construction is over i am planning to get permanent electricity connection. Spoke to couple of Bescom approved electrical engineers and they quoted the below rates. Are the rates reasonable? pls help


3kv single phase for home
2kv motor single phase for ground floor room,office and motor

I paid 28k for the below listed connections;

3kv, 3 phase connection - 1
2kv- single phase connection - 1
1kv single phase connection - 3

Total 5 meters, 8kv @ 28k.
