fence options for Balcony

Friends,

I have first and second floor balconies bordering neighbour. There is 5 feet between balcony and compound wall.

Currently balconies are open. Monkeys, Cats invasion and security is our concern. So I am planning to fence using wired fence. Total area is 20x20,20x20,20x10 (feet). Refer the picture

Can any of you think other options? Also, can some of you give estimates based on your experience.
