Kindly advise me on which elevator brand i need to go which is economical & easy on maintainance for G+2+Terrace (in total 4 stops) .The lift room size is 5x5.

There are different vendors specially many people will be visiting u r site and when give quotes for 4 stops as low as 5 Lakhs.
Few importent things here
1. proper timely instllation of the lift
2. is the company is othorised by KEB, they should be a ble to get lift erroction and fuctional license/cirtificate.
3. Maintenence, some companies has toltal of 3 to 4 employees and they will to do proper maintance.

All the local companies will purchage the material from the same well know brands and install, if you are going to go with the local companies any company is ok as long as they can give a right promise on the above 3 aspects of the lift.

The well know brands line KONE, OTIS, Janson, etc are bit costly in terms of installation and maintaince range is 9 to 11 lakhs (based on MS or SS car/cabin). but all the above discussed issues are taken care.

Very good, smooth, installation was very good.

I have shortlisted 2 elevators :

1) Otis (Model - GEN2 NOVA)
2) Schindler (Model 3110 IN )

Please advise as to which one of the above 2 is a better buy .

How about Otis Gen2 CORE ? Looks like its more suitable for residential houses.

What is the price quoted for these two ? Both are allmost similar and seems like having a similar traction media also

Schindler = 8,88,000 (approx)
Otis = 8,16,600 (approx)

These including taxes ? you should be able to get it at 12% GST if residential billing also.
