I need to demolish old housing board house (~40 yrs) which was built in 30x40
Can someone suggest what steps required for BWSSB water line/meter and Electric meter ?
also recommendation on demolishers (kengeri area).

Before you start demolishion, make sure that you have surrendered the electricity and water meter.

Write a letter to both BWSSB and KEB and meet the junior engineer looking at your ward. Or, an electrician help you to remove the power lines (both underground and over head) before any demolishion is done.

before you start construction, you need to apply again to get temporary water and electrical connection. Again, your electrician and plumber can help you.
