I have booked a flat in Sumadhura Construction project Paramount Sumadhura Serene on the Manipali County Road.

i have seen the appartment and i m also planning to book a flat, what do u suggest. is it a right choice..? how is ur experience with the builder and his commitments. do let me know so that i can decide, kindly give me ur mobile no. if possible.

by the way how much can i pay for 1160 2 bhk appartment over there, kindly give me some idea .
