Looking for a Site in and around Yelhanka

Hello All,
How much value proposition does it bring in investing on a site in a Resort.
There are couple of resorts in and around yelahanka like Ramanshree California Resort , Silver Oak Resort , Angsana etc.
I'm considering this as one of the option. Is it worth investing in such a place.

Also, looking for sites (preferably 40 * 60) in yelahanka in a gated community !
Appreciate if you could provide some pointers .

you can check out Jayasurya nagar 1st phase near Jakkur Lake, its a BDA approved layout.

As I have heard is current running price is around
2800 to 3500rs , latest I heard was some site was sold at
3000rs, so yu could search in google directly as I could see some postings there
I am not a broker and I have given yu the info I know
